How the Work Typically Begins
Many relationships begin with a keynote, resilience retreat, or leadership offsite. From there, some organizations choose to continue the work through advisory engagements focused on deep leadership, sensemaking, decision-making, culture, and organizational health. This is what I call the CLaSP framework: Culture, Leadership, Strategy, Performance. A single, coherent axis that generates understanding and results.
